Pleasantly Surprised

As a dairy milk drinker, I can't say it's a perfect replacement for milk when it comes to a pure glass of it... but it's a fantastic replacement in making smoothies and milkshakes. I blend 8 oz with some frozen strawberries, egg white protein, and a bit of salt and sweetener, and it's delicious!

I was looking for a low(er) sugar milk alternative from what I was previously using for my morning smoothie. I stumbled upon PKN at my local Sprouts and I've never looked back. Deelish!!

Great Plant Based Milk
