Shipping policy

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to street addresses within the continental United States. With extended delivery times, we also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO, APO, FPO boxes. We partner with Amazon Fulfillment in order to process your shipment as quickly and accurately as possible. Processing generally takes a day; once your order has shipped from the warehouse, please allow 3-6 business days for THIS PKN to arrive at your door.

How much is shipping?
For a limited time, we are offering discounted standard shipping of $1.99 for orders of 1 or 2 bottles and $3.99 for all larger orders. Our standard fee for shipping is $7.00 per order.

How can I track my order?
After you've made a purchase, we'll keep you in the loop. First, an 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent after you've completed the order to let you know that our system has accepted your order. Then, as soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email with all the necessary tracking information along with an estimated delivery date. After that, we will notify you if your order is delayed for any reason, and we'll also let you know when your order has been delivered! You can log in and check the status of your order on our website, via your customer account at any time. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a day or the shipping confirmation within a week, please contact us so that we can look into the issue for you.
