PKN Pecanmilk SXSW Coffee Passport Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The PKN Pecanmilk Coffee Passport Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lifestock Inc., located at 111 Sandra Muraida Way, Suite 16i, Austin, TX 78703, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, participating coffee shops, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on March 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on March 18, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Method 1: Coffee Passport Participation

Participants may receive entries by visiting participating coffee shops during the Promotion Period and collecting passport stamps/check-ins for purchasing or trying pecan milk drinks.

Participants must then submit proof of their passport participation by:

1. Posting a photo or video of their pecan milk drink on Instagram or TikTok
   

2. Tagging the Sponsor’s official account @pknpecanmilk
   
   

Entries will be awarded as follows:

• Visit four (4) participating locations: one (1) entry into the Tier 1 prize drawing
  
  

• Visit all participating locations (up to 8): one (1) entry into the Tier 2 prize drawing
  
  

Posts must remain public through the end of the Promotion Period for verification purposes.

Method 2: No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase or café visit is required to enter or win.

To enter without visiting participating locations, send an email during the Promotion Period to hello@drinkpkn.com with the subject line “Pecan Passport Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name and state of residence. Limit one Tier 1 entry and one Tier 2 entry per person.

Purchasing a product or visiting a location does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) Tier 1 entry and one (1) Tier 2 entry per person regardless of entry method.

Multiple entries beyond the stated limits may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry compliance.

6. Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Tier 1 Prize Drawing
Participants who qualify by visiting four (4) locations (or entering through the alternate entry method) will be entered into a drawing for:

• One (1) cash prize of $100

Tier 2 Grand Prize Drawing
Participants who qualify by visiting all participating locations (or entering through the alternate entry method) will be entered into a drawing for:

• One (1) grand prize cash award of $400
  

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize will be disclosed on the Sweepstakes landing page.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawings will occur on or about March 21, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified via the social media account used to enter or via email if submitted through the alternate entry form.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating coffee shops, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By participating, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability related to this promotion.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and solely for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes unless otherwise agreed to by the entrant.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winners, send an email request to Sponsor within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
