As a dairy milk drinker, I can't say it's a perfect replacement for milk when it comes to a pure glass of it... but it's a fantastic replacement in making smoothies and milkshakes. I blend 8 oz with some frozen strawberries, egg white protein, and a bit of salt and sweetener, and it's delicious!
